Type F Fly Ash
- Most Effectively moderates heat gain during concrete curing and is therefore considered an ideal cementitious material in mass concrete and high strength mixes. For the same reason , Type F is the solution to a wide range of summer concreting problems.
- Provides sulfide and sulfate resisistance equal or superior to Type V cement. Type F is often recommended for use where concrete may be exposed to sulfate ions in soil and ground water.

Fly Ash in Bags
For the convenience of users such as one bagger projects, volumetric batch plants and plastering jobs. Pozzolanic also provides ash in 40kgs bags and the bulk bags of about 1 Ton.
The ash is available in either ASTM C618 Class F or the Mineral Filler.
Delivery can be arranged or the ash can be picked up at our Calaca, Batangas site.
For one bagger operation the procedure to use ash in the mix can be done two ways. The cement can be reduced to 30kgs and the ash portion can be added with 10kgs proportion. Containers are measured to contain the amounts needed is the most convenient method to avoid scales. Another method is to use the full 40kg of cement and add 10kgs of ash for a larger batch. Pozzolanic will provide technical service assistance to determine the best procedure.
